Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Principal Continuous Improvement Engineer (Lean Master - Six Sigma) for Ethicon Endo in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, coach teams, and drive cross-functional improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires deep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, leadership across engineering and operations, and the ability to deploy a site-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned

Formación

• University / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Lean Master Black Belt Certification required.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification required.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead value stream transformation initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
• Drive waste elimination and flow optimization across the value chain.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and future-state design workshops.
• Lead Kaizen events focused on productivity and lead time reduction.
• Coach engineers and project leaders in Six Sigma methodologies.
