Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer for the Salvarcar Plant in Juarez, Chihuahua. The role focuses on coordinating multiple projects, applying Six Sigma, and ensuring compliance with QSRs and ISO requirements throughout the product life cycle.

The engineer mentors junior staff, conducts analyses, and leads investigations to prevent failures, while supporting transfers and improvements across processes and products within the manufacturing site.

Formación

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related) and strong formal education in engineering fundamentals.
• 6–8 years of work experience in quality engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with risk management (FDA and ISO) and regulatory environments is preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis, problem solving, and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Revise and approve ECOs and change control processes.
• Lead quality initiatives using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean tools to reduce defects.
• Establish quality cost categories and metrics for manufacturing processes.
• Support audits by regulators and customers, maintaining proper QA documentation.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and process instructions.
