Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks an executive to define the 3P Consumables strategy and partner with key stakeholders to drive growth across Beauty, Health & Personal Care, and other categories.

The role focuses on building relationships with executive decision-makers, managing P&L, and owning critical KPIs such as selection, pricing and availability. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential to deliver Amazon solutions and train sellers.

Formación

• Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the Consumables strategy for Sellers and programs.
• Identify, qualify, acquire and grow Seller commitment to the Selling on Amazon program through feature and services adoption.
• Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
• Reach top and bottom line goals as part of P&L ownership.
• Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products along with the features and functionalities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
• Engage with Sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Selling on Amazon product.
• Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize potential of the assigned territory.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
