Job summary

Coca‑Cola is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development for the Juice Category LATAM. You will lead the development and renovation agenda for juice, nectar, and juice drinks across LATAM, aligning consumer insights, category strategy, and R&D depth to deliver scalable, high‑quality beverages.

You will influence across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive fast, consumer‑driven execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a beverage/food engineering field is required or similar.
• Experience leading cross‑functional product development projects from concept to launch.
• Strong knowledge of fruit juice systems and non‑carbonated beverage processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and execution for Juice Category initiatives across LATAM, from concept through commercialization.
• Translate consumer understanding and market insights into technically feasible, commercially relevant beverage solutions.
• Drive a holistic R&D approach: formulation, processing, regulatory, quality, sensory, packaging, scale‑up, cost, and supply considerations.
