The role includes supervisory responsibility for the workcell's Purchasing staff.

The candidate will analyze supplier pricing, drive cost reduction, monitor supplier performance on cost and quality, and collaborate with internal teams to align with customer needs.

• Ability to analyze and project component purchase prices reflecting inventory value.
• Ability to develop supply chain strategies and optimize costs.
• Experience negotiating pricing, terms and supplier agreements.
• Experience supervising Purchasing staff and providing training.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
