Acxiom in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join Client Delivery & Technical Projects. You will translate client needs into clear requirements and drive delivery with client stakeholders as well as technical teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or equivalent
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing complex requirements
• Project management or project coordination experience
• Experience working with external clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience with data, software, databases, technology, or enterprise solutions
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to lead meetings
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient English speaking and writing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• CBAP or similar BA certification is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering and translate complex business needs into clear requirements
• Work directly with clients to understand goals, challenges, priorities, and expectations
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects, releases, client requests, issues, and changing priorities
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, driving decisions and next steps
• Partner with technical teams to clarify requirements, obtain estimates, identify dependencies, and support delivery
• Coordinate work across developers, architects, DBAs, analysts, testers, and other teams
• Identify risks, gaps, and roadblocks and bring people together to resolve them
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or enhancements
• Help clients understand solution capabilities, limitations, dependencies, and options
• Mentor less-experienced BAs and improve BA processes
