Acxiom in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join Client Delivery & Technical Projects. You will translate client needs into clear requirements and drive delivery with client stakeholders as well as technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• CBAP or similar BA certification is a plus

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Acxiom team in Mexico supporting a financial services client.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced BSA who has strong business analysis skills but also enjoys taking ownership of projects and working directly with clients and technical teams.

You will understand the client's business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help drive the work through delivery. You will work closely with client stakeholders as well as developers, architects, DBAs, testers, and other technical teams.

We need someone who is confident, assertive, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients.

You should be able to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions professionally, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering and translate complex business needs into clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Work directly with clients to understand their goals, challenges, priorities, and expectations.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects, releases, client requests, issues, and changing priorities.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, keeping discussions focused and driving decisions and next steps.
• Partner with technical teams to clarify requirements, obtain estimates, identify dependencies, manage scope changes, and support successful delivery.
• Coordinate work across developers, architects, DBAs, analysts, testers, and other teams involved in the solution.
• Identify risks, gaps, and potential roadblocks and bring the right people together to resolve them.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or enhancements to existing solutions.
• Help clients understand solution capabilities, limitations, dependencies, and potential options.
• Mentor less-experienced Business Analysts and contribute to improving BA processes and practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, technical project delivery, or a similar role.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
• Project management or project coordination experience, including managing timelines, priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
• Experience working directly with external clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with data, software, database, technology, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and difficult conversations when necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of details or deadlines.
• Proficient English speaking and writing is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• CBAP or similar Business Analysis certification is a plus.

Experience with financial services, marketing technology, data platforms, databases, or large-scale enterprise solutions is especially valuable.
