claritycx is seeking a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant in Mexico City to define functional specs through client discussions and gather requirements for SAP/CPQ implementations. You will analyze data migrations, train users, and align with technical teams across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong English skills (B2+), experience in manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead and mentor junior consultants while managing risks and backlog priorities.

Formación

• Solid experience in business and system analysis and requirements gathering.
• Understanding of Quote to Cash processes and order management.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient English communication (B2+).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and execution.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
• Experience with Visio, Miro, MURAL or similar tools.
• Experience with quoting systems and SAP/CPQ/ERP environments.
• Understanding of SOM/SD order management and SAP integration.
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
