Stripe is seeking a senior creative leader in Mexico City to guide brand storytelling and high-impact design across digital and physical experiences. You will drive Concept development, art direction, and strategic branding alongside a multidisciplinary team to craft innovative creative work.

The role emphasizes experimental, narrative-driven projects with a strong craft focus. You will collaborate with diverse partners to shape Stripe’s visual language and tell compelling brand stories globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant creative experience in concepting and delivering ideas.
• Strong track record independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies.
• Exceptional craft with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking and art direction across formats.

• Help shape the strategic vision for design that pushes the boundaries of the brand and build awareness for what we do and why it’s important to Stripe.
• Partner widely with cross-functional teams to build upon great ideas through making things.
• Give and solicit feedback from wide range of teammates, agency partners, and stakeholders.
• Generate original, conceptually strong ideas from ambiguous briefs, strategic problems, cultural observations, and emerging opportunities.
• Determine the right form for an idea, then direct multidisciplinary collaborators to bring it to life across a wide range of mediums.
• Develop clear creative narratives, pitches, references, treatments, and prototypes that make an idea compelling before its final execution is known
