Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer in Mexico to serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor for customers. You will bridge engineering, sales, and market development to convert opportunities into long‑term growth and mentor junior team members.

The role involves leading demonstrations, conducting trainings, and collaborating with regional teams to deliver optimal electrical power solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Formación

• Must hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Power Systems or Electrotechnical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power equipment, systems, and high‑voltage applications.
• Experience in application engineering, technical sales, or customer‑facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop business opportunities through technical leadership and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute technical visits, presentations, and follow‑up activities with customers across segments.
• Support product qualification and homologation by delivering technical presentations and trainings.
• Lead technical promotional activities to generate demand and awareness.
• Collaborate with engineering firms and end‑user teams to propose optimal applications.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships by understanding needs.
• Support regional sales teams with product updates, launches, and training.
• Contribute to brand conversion and ensure compliant solutions.
