A leading online education provider is seeking a dynamic Senior B2C Sales Team Leader to lead its LATAM sales team. In this role, you will manage a team of sales specialists and ensure they meet sales quotas. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of sales management experience and be proficient in Spanish and English. The position offers a basic payment of 1700 USD Gross plus commissions, with overall payments up to 3000 USD Gross per month, in a fully remote work environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• Strong soft and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists.
• Conduct group training and individual coaching sessions.
• Provide reports on team performance.
