The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. A BS/BA is required, MBA/MS preferred, with 5–8 years of related experience.

Formación

• BS/BA is required for the role.
• MBA or MS preferred to support advanced program management.
• 5–8 years of experience in program management in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the relationship with a single client or two small clients.
• Interface with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Purchasing.
• Coordinate and direct programs with detailed plans to meet goals.
• Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
• Monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs.
• Assist in contracts negotiation and proposal preparations.
• Develop new business and expand product lines.
• Ensure adherence to master plans and on-time, on-budget delivery.
