Antolin Puebla is seeking a Program Manager to lead automotive programs, ensuring quality, cost, timing, profitability and regulatory compliance. You will interact with customers and coordinate with the Account Manager and internal teams to drive program success.

Successful candidates will have a strong engineering background, 7+ years in automotive program management, and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across design, manufacturing and quality functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive program management experience; 7+ years preferred.
• 10 years in automotive manufacturing/engineering with project team responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the program engineering direction and plan all program activities.
• Establish and manage program resources to meet targets (cost, timing, quality, profitability).
• Coordinate with customer, plant and internal management for program execution and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams through program phases, gate reviews and readiness assessments.
• Initiate design/engineering work and manage program budget to ensure delivery.

Program Manager

PROGRAM MANAGER - ANTOLIN PUEBLA

Mission

As a PROGRAM MANAGER you are responsible for automotive Programs for Antolin Mexico, and assurance of compliance with established targets related to Quality, Costs, Timing, Profitability and Regulatory requirements and serve as the key manager interacting with the customer, bearing responsibility for the Program and managing the program in co-ordination with the Customer Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of Antolin program engineering direction.
• Plan and monitor all activities for the program.
• Establish and plan the effective use of resources required in achieving targets.
• Establish the necessary guidelines for Program Team operation.
• Create the program budget and manage it to guarantee its accomplishment.
• Assures identification of current and future customer and internal program requirements throughout the organization with respect to: Program Timing, Quality, Content, Manufacturing requirements, Cost, Program contracts, Program resource allocation and Profitability
• Assures appropriate program planning to confirm that product development is consistent with established program objectives and company needs:

• Facilitates executive-level interaction with Customer, Plant and Internal Management

• Participates with manufacturing engineering in group lead design control activities
• Initiates PO’s for required Design/Engineering work
• Coordinates, monitors and executes the closing of Project Phases
• Coordinates and maintains communications with the customer, departments and Plant Operations for all program activities
• Leads Cross Functional Program team in execution of Quality requirements and delivery process during development phases
• Establishes and communicates to team the corporate, division and program specific deliverable requirements with respect to timing quality and completeness, monitors and tracks progress, leads monthly program reviews with executive management, and leads all program phase and gate review activities

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field with specific engineering applications.
• Must have 5 years professional experience, specifically related to the automotive industry. Non-technical four-year degree with substantial manufacturing experience are minimal requirements. 7+ years of automotive program management experience is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in automotive manufacturing/engineering environment with prior project team management responsibility.
