Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Automation & Reliability Engineer STAFF to drive equipment reliability and maintenance excellence across Ethicon WCH manufacturing. You will lead uptime initiatives, optimize OEE, and collaborate with multiple departments to sustain world-class performance.

The role supports the Surgery team, focusing on delivering reliable manufacturing equipment and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality medical devices reach patients safely and efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or sciences related.
• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
• Experience with reliability assessment tools such as FRACAS and Risk Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor equipment OEE and implement actions to improve targets.
• Develop maintenance training content for technicians and engineers.
• Maintain and organize manufacturing areas for compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineers to resolve equipment issues.
• Schedule and execute planned maintenance activities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Lead RCA investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and deploy a 5-year equipment replacement plan.
• Apply FRACAS, FMECA, and hazard analysis methodologies.
