Johnson & Johnson in Juárez, Mexico is seeking an Automation & Reliability Engineer STAFF to improve and sustain manufacturing equipment performance, reduce downtime, and drive maintenance excellence.

Responsibilities include leading root cause analyses, developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational reliability across multiple product platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, industrial) or related sciences.
• Professional certifications in lean manufacturing and six sigma preferred.
• Experience with TPM methodologies and reliability assessment tools such as FRACAS and Risk Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Improve and sustain manufacturing equipment performance by reducing downtime.
• Drive OEE improvement, asset lifecycle management, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead maintenance planning, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support design phases and implement new manufacturing equipment.
