Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Sustaining Engineer to provide technical leadership on the operations shopfloor and support the full product lifecycle for HVAC and pressure vessel products.

You will investigate issues, drive continuous improvement, and implement engineering changes to strengthen quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness while collaborating across Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sustaining activities on the operations shopfloor for performance and reliability.
• Investigate product/manufacturing issues and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous product improvement, quality, and cost competitiveness.
• Evaluate materials, components, and suppliers to improve performance and continuity.
• Support product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life with proper documentation.
• Develop validation plans and reliability assessments for improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Ops teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASME, EHS, and customer requirements.
