seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to drive expansion in the Middle Mile. You will own all steps from planning to implementation of material handling equipment and automation in multiple facilities, with travel within Mexico and occasional international trips. The role requires a strong background in material handling, leadership, data-driven decision making and project management.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of managing multiple large projects.
5+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
Experience with automated material handling equipment.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsabilidades

Lead Automation initiatives (autosorters).
Support business case, design and deployment for automation.
Prepare specifications for building environment, equipment, material, process and services.
Review layouts, traffic plans, conveyor and equipment layouts, installation details, schedules and budgets.
Active involvement in cross functional infrastructure projects, value engineering.
Lead a project team that could include project managers, project engineers and contractors.
