Celestica Global Automation (CGA) in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Senior Controls & Automation Architect to lead end‑to‑end automation projects, from architecture to FAT/SAT and ramp‑up. You will drive multi‑vendor PLC programming, safety systems, and MES/IIoT connectivity, partnering with global integrators and in‑house engineers.

You will guide technical governance, supplier evaluations, and post‑launch optimization while reporting to the Automation Engineering Senior Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with strong automation background.
• 7–10+ years in industrial automation, controls, and turn-key projects.
• Proven multi-vendor PLC programming across SIEMENS, Rockwell, and Keyence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and development of control systems and safety frameworks.
• Drive FAT/SAT validation and ramp-up across sites.
• Collaborate with suppliers on BOMs, URS/SOW, and RFQs.
• Mentor cross-site teams and ensure ISO/IEC compliance.
