IAC Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing control systems for automotive production. You will lead capital equipment projects from concept to launch, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Controls/Mechatronics or related field.
7–10 years of controls engineering in manufacturing environments.
Experience with automotive Tier 1 suppliers preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design, programming, commissioning, and validation of automated control systems.
Develop and modify PLC/HMI/servo/vision/robot control programs.
Support new program launches ensuring timing, quality, and production targets.
Establish process parameters, equipment controls, and monitoring systems for quality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, controls, and process issues.
