Job summary

Mondelez México is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to drive preventive maintenance, process stability and continuous improvement in a high-speed food manufacturing plant in Tlajomulco. You will own the technology, centerline settings and PM systems while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with a regional/global technology forum.

Applicants should have TPM certification, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, with basic–intermediate

Responsibilities

• Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines.
• Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment; manage PM systems and line budgets.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; train technicians to operate and maintain equipment.
