Mondelez Mexico is seeking a Plant Operations Leader to manage production at the Tlajomulco facility. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while implementing integrated Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for a high-performing team.

The role involves coaching line leaders, ensuring governance of performance, and fostering continuous improvement across the plant, with focus on TPM and lean manufacturing practices.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in CPG environments.
• Strong communication and leadership in a team setting; analytics and problem solving.
• Engineering background with financial/business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations in the plant and achieve SQCDSM targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, and sustainability.
• Coach and develop line leaders; cascade plans and KPIs to teams.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
