CooperSurgical Mexico seeks an senior Manufacturing Leader to oversee the Media Manufacturing value stream, including formulation, aseptic filling, and packaging, ensuring safe, compliant production aligned with demand and quality standards.

You will set priorities, allocate resources, and lead a cross-functional team while advancing GMP/ISO compliance, lean initiatives, and cost control. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing operations at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced manufacturing.
• GMP, ISO, FDA requirements knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all Media Manufacturing operations (formulation, aseptic filling, packaging) to meet demand and quality.
• Set production priorities and allocate resources to ensure uninterrupted flow and on-time delivery.
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People in GMP/ISO environments.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain to improve ops.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and manage safety stock to maximize capacity utilization.
• Lead investigations of deviations, CAPAs, and non-conformities to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Review and approve documentation (ECRs, NCMRs, VARs) for regulatory compliance.
• Promote Lean and Continuous Improvement to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and suppliers to resolve material challenges and support continuity.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team and manage departmental budgets.
