Johnson & Johnson in Juarez City seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor IV to lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will supervise staff, coordinate with support departments, and drive continuous improvement in a high-stakes medical manufacturing environment.

The role requires a technical degree, 6+ years as a production supervisor (5+ in medical industry preferred), and strong leadership with English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience as production supervisor; 5+ years in medical industry preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and documentation in medical industry
• Knowledge of Quality System requirements
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Control and Production Control
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with EHS standards and Mexican labor regulations
• Bilingual Spanish - English intermediate

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and leadership for daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met
• Supervise production personnel and collaborate with support departments to meet business unit goals
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and drive safety initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Quality System requirements and drive a culture of quality
• Optimize use of human, capital, and material resources to improve performance
• Mentor staff and support talent development and recognition
• Coordinate communication with manufacturing associates and HR for labor issues
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to next management level
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines
