Stryker in Tijuana, Mexico seeks a Sterilization Site Leader to govern a safe, efficient facility. You will recruit, develop and lead a team of sterilization professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety, quality and a culture that supports uninterrupted supply.

You will own the site P&L, coordinate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and align operations with Stryker’s governance and strategic priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology/Sterilization or related field; MBA or related master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Sterilization/MFG/Quality/Business with 8+ years in leadership, preferably in the Medical Device sector.
• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience leading process standardization and continuous improvement in a complex matrix organization.
• Experience implementing transformational changes in a complex organization.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing, Hires and builds a team of sterilization professionals, supervisors, operators and technical support.
• Mentors and develops teams to align with Stryker’s mission and values.
• Establishes training and performance criteria aligned to Stryker’s goals.
• Fosters a culture of safety, quality and accountability from startup through operations.
• Owns the site P&L and ensures financial acumen aligns with company best practices.
• Collaborates with functions to create operational metrics aligned to the site plan.
• Leads site audits (internal and external) and ensures adherence to the QMS.
• Develops sterilization processes and reduces ETO use.
