BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Operations Leader for the Nogales South site. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee plant processes, and lead teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets. The role requires 10+ years in management within medical devices manufacturing, with strong GMP/ISO/FDA knowledge, lean Six Sigma expertise, and solid project management.

Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s preferred. English fluency is expected.

Formación

• Experience in Manufacturing and Materials Management.
• Lean Six Sigma techniques and their application.
• Strong project management and financial analysis skills.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, FDA regulations.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Improve continuously the business processes and lead a strategic plan to ensure future state readiness.
• Ensure all personnel follow policies, procedures, safety rules, and GMP requirements.
• Provide leadership to meet goals and metrics across the plant.
• Identify problems and propose solutions to Plant Management.
• Oversee resource optimization and maintain product quality, customer service, and cost improvement.
• Ensure activities within business units, warehouse and maintenance are completed on time.
• Align area objectives with the plant strategic plan and the 3-year plan.
• Administer CAPAs, MRRs, rework procedures, and audit actions within the Quality system.
