BairesDev is seeking a Distinguished Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to shape technical direction for a growing AWS-hosted platform. You will turn product goals into reliable software and influence multiple teams across the organization.

You will design architectures for event-driven services, mentor senior engineers, and champion AI-assisted development throughout the delivery lifecycle. This is a 100% remote role offering excellent USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in event-driven microservices on AWS.
• Hands-on AWS platform ownership and production readiness.
• Experience delivering AI-assisted development tooling.
• Excellent English communication with end users.
