BairesDev is seeking a Distinguished Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to set technical direction for a growing AWS-hosted platform. You’ll translate product goals into robust software and guide multiple teams toward scalable solutions.

You’ll mentor senior engineers, shape event-driven architectures, and advocate for AI-assisted development. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation, working with a global Top 1% of talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript.
• Proven experience with production-grade microservices architectures.
• Extensive AWS-hosted platform experience.
• Experience taking software to production and owning operations.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Comfort collaborating directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
