BairesDev is seeking a Distinguished Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to set technical direction for an expanding AWS-hosted platform. You will translate product goals into working software and guide teams to elevate engineering standards.

In this 100% remote role, you will design event-driven microservices, collaborate with end users to clarify requirements, and apply AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery while ensuring production reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend development experience in production systems.
• Expertise in event-driven microservices and AWS platforms.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with users.
