Job summary

Jobgether, based in Mexico, seeks a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation to lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade automation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to transform processes into scalable, intelligent workflows, from discovery to production, driving measurable business value.

You will shape reusable architectural patterns, ensure alignment with reference architecture, and promote AI-first approaches across initiatives,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical/process consulting with engineering background such as Java/JavaScript.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration from discovery through production.
• Strong business analysis and process management capabilities.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and translating requirements into designs.
• Experience with enterprise solution and data architecture, including integrations and APIs.
• AI-first mindset with experience designing enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery through deployment.
• Lead discovery workshops with process owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and humans across processes.
• Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and increments.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineers, managing priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and sponsors and monitor progress.
• Define and monitor measurable value for each initiative and increment.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture and methodology.
