Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Power Platform Lead Specialist based in Mexico to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will own strategy, architecture, and governance, leading the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse environments, while ensuring security and scalable governance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of enterprise Power Platform experience.
• 2+ years in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Advanced Power Fx skills and custom connectors development.
• Governance: implement DLP policies and establish platform standards.
• DevOps: design and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for lifecycle management and deployment.
• Database and integration: SQL Server / Azure SQL and REST APIs integration.
• Leadership and cross-team collaboration; strong communication in English and Spanish.

• Define and drive end-to-end Power Platform strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Lead design and development of custom Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven).
• Design and implement complex Power Automate workflows.
• Oversee Power Pages and Dataverse environments.
• Establish best practices for Power Fx and connectors.
• Implement DLP policies and governance standards.
• Lead ALM and DevOps pipelines for reliable deployments.
