Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced receivables professional to oversee customer account accuracy, overdue balance recovery, payment follow-up, and collection reporting. This is a senior, individual-contributor role beyond routine invoicing and basic posting.

You will determine reasons for non-payment, distinguish disputes from financial difficulty, escalate when needed, and maintain reliable records while driving actual collection outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in accounts receivable, collections, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Canadian companies is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration with accounting concentration.
• Experience managing both AR administration and active collections.
• Experience in telephone and email collections.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or ERP.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by telephone and email regarding outstanding balances.
• Manage follow-up across current, 30-, 60-, and 90-day receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve legitimate account issues.
• Prepare collection forecasts and report expected cash receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer balances and ledger notes.
