Warner Bros. Discovery seeks an Order to Cash specialist to support OTC functions, cash application, and account maintenance. You will ensure contract adherence, provide updates on collections, and help improve working capital.

The role requires SAP/S4HANA experience and strong communication skills, with English fluency. US timezone alignment and ability to work independently are important, in a media sales environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Experience in S4 Hana and SAP is preferred.
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of the OTC process.

Mansioni

• Apply cash received to customer accounts or follow up with customers regarding past-due payments.
• Assist with incoming customer payment allocation requests.
• Initiate customer refund requests.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
• Process and reconcile accounts receivable and remittances.
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
• Create regular reports to track financial information.
• Test new SAP implementations and changes in the SAP environment.
• Follow-up on remittances with customers and understand adjustments in payments like WHT, Forex impact
