Warner Bros. Discovery in Mexico City seeks an Order to Cash specialist to manage billing, cash applications, and collections, ensuring adherence to contracts and timely updates on the collection process.

You will support various balance streams within the O2C workstream across advertising, affiliate, and distribution segments, applying cash to accounts and preparing AR aging reports. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with OTC processes and accounts receivable is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing and payment performance per terms of sales and DSO.
• Organize customer accounts and identify collection issues.
• Apply cash to accounts and follow up on past-due payments.
• Monitor and reconcile over-age accounts.
• Assist with payment allocation and refunds.
• Send invoices and create AR aging reports.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits.
