RS Group, a global distributor, seeks an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Analyst to manage customer collections and optimize cash flow. You will collaborate with AR, billing, and sales to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.

You will negotiate plans, maintain records, review aging, and implement AR policies. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience in order-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.

Responsabilités

• Contact key customers via phone, email, and letters to collect payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system.
• Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and billing team.
• Prepare and send monthly statements to key clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Monitor payment arrangements and follow up on broken promises.
• Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate arrangements as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing AR policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve the collections process and implement best practices.
• Serve as focal point to develop and implement best practices in collections.
