Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and send invoices as requested.
• Perform cash allocation and reconcile remittances with customer books.
• Process end-to-end cash applications and DRR in a timely manner.
• Maintain SOPs and respond to inquiries across AR entities.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and coordinate with other departments.
