Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Experienced Professional - Applications Engineering to join our global team and strengthen reliability engineering across regions. The role involves incident investigations, RCA, FRACAS management, and collaboration with service delivery and supply chain functions.

The position supports risk assessment, change management, and project-driven problem solving while participating in engineering design reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Understanding of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Lead / participate in Incident Investigation, ensuring the end to end process is considered, (including job planning, preparation, and execution), when determining incident root cause(s) alongside appropriate corrective actions.
• Focuses on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning.
• Supports job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment / deviation waiver / Management of Change (RA / DWR/ MOC) and deployment readiness assessment processes (DRA).
• Participates in the engineering design review process.
• Execute the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP).
• Manage the FRACAS DMAIC stages
• Apply root cause analysis (RCA) processes
• Develop and review cause maps
• Facilitate or lead incident investigations
• Develops RCA reports and technical or field bulletins
• Facilitate or lead incident review and corrective action boards
• Identify FRACAS trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions
• Analyze performance data and monitor performance
• Identify and report performance trends
• Develop and report key performance indicators as needed
• Share lessons learned with the field population
• Collaborates across reliability engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer
• Acts as a subject matter expert for respective area to service delivery and supply chain functions
• Support new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying region
• Other PL Specifics responsibilities
