Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Experienced Professional - Applications Engineering in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche to support reliability engineering, field incident management, RCA, and FRACAS across field operations.

You will collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams, apply Six-Sigma DMAIC, participate in risk assessment processes, and lead incident investigations with end-to-end responsibility, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Understanding of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incident investigations with end-to-end process.
• Lead FRACAS DMAIC stages and RCA activities.
• Identify failure modes and trends; develop KPIs and corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments, deviation waivers and MOC processes.
• Collaborate with reliability engineering and service delivery teams.
