Baker Hughes in Mexico (Veracruz) is seeking a Field Specialist II - SVS - CTRL to perform installation and maintenance of IET rotating equipment at customer sites. The role involves autonomous field work, coordinating with customer representatives and site teams, and delivering clear records of activities to the IET Supervisor.

You will operate within Baker Hughes safety, quality, and compliance standards, providing limited troubleshooting as needed and promoting strong teamwork on site.

Formación

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience with installation and maintenance activities.
• Ability to perform autonomously at customer sites.
• Safety and quality procedures adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation and/or maintenance of IET rotating equipment in the field at customer sites.
• Coordinate activities with the customer representative and site team.
• Provide records of all activities to the IET Supervisor.
• Provide limited troubleshooting under field conditions.
• Ensure work follows IET service processes and procedures.

Bachelor Degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required.

Excellent Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills. He/She's mainly specialized in Instrumentation and Control Panels.

He/She is able to perform in autonomy some of the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of IET Rotating equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.

He/She is responsible to perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following the IET Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures. May be the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site. Provides records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations. Executes all required responsibilities safely by following all IET Service applicable processes and procedures. Performs other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. He/she may be able to provide limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field. Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).
