Zusammenfassung

Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Applications Development Senior Manager to lead multiple development teams, oversee architecture and technical delivery, and drive strategic initiatives across financial crime and compliance platforms.

Strong leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder management are essential. Experience in banking tech, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and working with Java Full Stack and database technologies is required.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or university degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree preferred.

Manage one or more Applications Development teams and handle personnel duties.
Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
Contribute to strategies for applications development and related areas.
Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
Provide evaluative judgment based on data in complex situations.
Monitor delivery, participate in budget management, and manage day-to-day staff issues.
Ensure procedures are followed and define standards, negotiating with external parties when needed.
Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citigroup's reputation and controls.
