Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in technology, 3+ years in banking, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in Java Full Stack and Oracle Financial Crime modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology with 3+ years in Banking.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager and senior level in Applications Development.
• Proven project management skills and stakeholder management.
• Clear and concise written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams to meet goals and perform personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other areas.
• Monitor delivery, manage budget, and handle day‑to‑day staff issues.
