Citigroup is seeking an Applications Development Senior Manager to lead a team of developers and set direction for complex application projects across our Technology organization. You will provide technical oversight, review solutions, manage budgets, and mentor staff to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

The role requires experience in Ab Initio, Java and Oracle, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English. This is a full-time position based in Mexico City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6–10 years in financial services applications development.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager and senior level.
• Strong stakeholder and people management.
• Proven project management skills.
• English: intermediate/advanced.
• Experience with Ab Initio, Java and Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more Applications Development teams and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Formulate strategies for applications development and related areas.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
• Coordinate with Technology team to drive delivery.
• Oversee production support and stabilisation of applications.
