• Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, AI Agent Creation, and Healthcare.
• Strong application support and troubleshooting experience.
• Requirements analysis and basic SQL/log analysis.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and release/change management.
• Strong communication skills and awareness of healthcare/business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and resolve application incidents, access issues, configuration problems, data issues, and user requests.
• Analyze workflows, requirements, defects, logs, interfaces, and configuration to identify root causes and remediation steps.
• Support application build/configuration, testing, releases, upgrades, and transition-to-operations handoffs.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, database teams, integration specialists, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain application runbooks, support documentation, known errors, and service metrics.
• Own complex or escalated work, lead small enhancements or transition activities, and mentor junior resources.
• Identify root causes and recommend improvements to operating procedures and service quality.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support for business and clinical-adjacent applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong application support and troubleshooting experience, with a focus on TypeScript, React, Python, AI Agent Creation, and Healthcare.. This role will be responsible for resolving complex incidents, supporting application changes and releases, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the application ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Triage and resolve application incidents, access issues, configuration problems, data issues, and user requests.
