NTT DATA in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to build scalable ML solutions that optimize marketing investments and customer engagement. You will develop models such as recommendation engines and segmentation, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Engineering, Math, Stats, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and real-world applicability.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or similar big data tools.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS SageMaker or Databricks.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
