NTT DATA seeks a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our team in Guadalajara, MX, building scalable ML models to improve customer intelligence and business decisions. You will work with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into production-ready code and data pipelines, using Python, PySpark, and SQL.

You will participate in model validation, deployment, and stakeholder communication, in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and strong ML foundations.
• Experience applying ML to real-world problems and deployment to production.
• Strong programming and data pipeline skills with PySpark/SQL/Python.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models (e.g., recommender systems, segmentation, predictive analytics) to optimize business outcomes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data-driven products.
