NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. You will develop scalable ML models to optimize customer engagement and decision-making, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, a solid ML foundation, strong Python/SQL, and experience with PySpark, TensorFlow or PyTorch. We value cloud experience and a practical, production-ready mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and applying them to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big data tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS Sagemaker or Databricks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
