Luxoft is seeking a Senior AI ML Engineer to join our team remotely from Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX. This role focuses on developing scalable machine-learning solutions to enhance customer intelligence and support business decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deploy models that optimize marketing investments and customer engagement.

Formación

• Proficient in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience building ML models and data pipelines.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop ML models such as recommendation engines and customer segmentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with teammates.
• Write clean, production-quality Python, PySpark, and SQL code.
• Build and maintain data pipelines with Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers and engineers.
