Jeeves is seeking a senior AI Engineer to own full AI workflows from inception to deployment. You will design and ship end-to-end AI systems, integrating with Product and Backend Engineering, and ensuring measurable success.

You will build production-grade LLM pipelines, manage costs and latency, and maintain an audit trail for regulatory compliance while advancing Jeeves' AI engineering practices.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience including 2+ years with AI systems in production.
• Owned large end-to-end system from scoping through launch with limited direction.
• Shipping LLM-powered applications with structured outputs, error handling and evaluation.
• Experience designing agentic or multi-step AI workflows (tool use, orchestration, human review).
• Strong Python backend, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, async patterns and cloud provider experience.
• Observability for AI systems: logging, tracing, dashboards, quality monitoring.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
