Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building AI-powered systems in production.
• Track record owning large end-to-end systems from scoping to launch with limited direction.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications with APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) including structured outputs and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic and multi-step AI workflows combining extraction, retrieval, and tool use with human-in-the-loop points.
• Build production-grade LLM pipelines with prompt design, validation, and failure handling.
• Instrument AI components with logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerts to detect quality changes before customers see them.
