Job summary

Jeeves is seeking an AI Engineer to own entire AI-driven finance workflows from invoice-to-payment to production monitoring. You will design agentic systems, integrate AI services, and supervise end-to-end execution with a focus on reliability and compliance.

The role emphasizes building production-grade LLM pipelines, retrieval/RAG components, and cost-aware model selection, while collaborating with Product and Finance teams across international customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building and operating LLM/AI-powered systems in production.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered applications with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and structured outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI workflows from problem definition to production and iteration.
• Design agentic and multi-step AI systems with retrieval and tooling.
• Build production-grade LLM pipelines with validation and fallback strategies.
• Measure, monitor, and improve AI components with dashboards and alerts.
