KMS Technology Mexico is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions built on Large Language Models and agentic AI. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models and modern AI platforms.
• Hands-on in designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience developing and managing AI agent orchestration workflows.
• Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Experience applying Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-driven SDLC practices and AI tooling.
• Strong software design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions with multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI agents and orchestration workflows coordinating tasks and systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and external services.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Apply Spec-Driven Development practices to improve quality and consistency.
• Leverage AI-driven SDLC practices to accelerate development, testing, and delivery.
• Evaluate, test, and optimize AI models for reliability and performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform design.
• Document AI solutions and patterns to support long-term maintainability.
• Stay current with AI advancements and suggest engineering improvements.
